ScanTech Offshore awards seven dedicated employees with recognition awards
ScanTech Offshore recognises the continued hard work of seven colleagues across the globe, many of whom have built successful careers with us over the decades.
ScanTech is dedicated to adding value to lifelong relationships. We have a strong focus on our partnerships and collaborate as a team to deliver upon the promise to help our customers be even more successful. To win the award, the nominated employees had to demonstrate that they live our company values in one or more ways, including pioneering spirit, integrity, energy and resilience.
In recognition of their outstanding performance and dedicated service, the following employees were recognised:
- Dan Gomes on Sapura/MMA Leveque – 108 Days
- Luke Geary on Sapura/MMA Leveque – 142 Days
- Lee Measures on Sapura/MMA Leveque – 142 Days
- Elliott Archer on Heerema/Pacific Hornbill – 141 Days
- Sam Ball on Heerema/Pacific Hornbill – 103 Days
Outstanding service awards
In recognition of their outstanding work ethic and commitment to excellence, the following employees were recognised:
- Colin Bowie - 144 days in Qatar
- Garry Duncan on Sapura/MMA Leveque 124 Days and Heerema/Pacific Hornbill 114 Days
Ryan Shearwood, operations manager, shares his thoughts: “As we move forward from a very challenging period at ScanTech Offshore, we have taken a moment to look back and reflect. A consistent theme amongst the workforce, whether that be working in an office, a workshop or offshore, is that all have shown true resilience, dedication and focus on the job at hand.
In recognition of their outstanding performance and dedicated service over the last two years, we have commissioned appreciation and outstanding service awards for the UK offshore team that have been on the same project for 100 consecutive days or more due to travel restrictions.”
Mike Brown, Operations Director, adds: “It gives us great pleasure on behalf of the company to present these awards, in appreciation of the outstanding performance and commitment of our people to deliver a seamless experience for our customers. It is yet another example and testament to how our employees embody our valued behaviours. I would like to extend my personal thanks to the team and acknowledge the difference their efforts make to the success of our business on a daily basis”.
